I can't receive a key that I was sent from a friend or family member.

If you are new to KeyHero™, you will need to download the app, create an account, and log in before seeing your key. If you already have KeyHero™, verify the email address used to send the key to you matches the email address you used to create your account. If you received an email notification that you have been sent a key, you will need to click the link and “redeem” the key in order for it to appear in your Key List. If you are already logged in to KeyHero™ when receiving your key, you will need to pull down on the screen to refresh your Key List.
