What if I don't receive my verification email?
Make sure to check your spam/junk folder in addition to your inbox. If it is not in any of those folders, then:
- Open the KeyHero™ app and select "Forgot Password"
- After the website opens, enter the email address used to create your account
- Your email address will be recognized as unverified and a new option to "Resend verification email" will appear. Click the button to resend the email.
- Go to your email, open the verification email, and click "Verify" to finalize your account setup.
