When do I create my account?

After I got my digital key sent to me I debated if I should download the app. I went ahead and did, not sure if I was ever going to use it.

One week later I left my house key in my friend’s car and couldn’t get ahold of him. I almost lost it and then I remembered I had the KeyHero™ app. I ran to my home improvement store with my phone and 20 minutes later I was opening my front door with my new key.
